Jane Pinckard
Miyuki Jane Pinckard is a writer, critic, and educator who has studied the culture of video games for fifteen years. She's spoken about building safer, more inclusive spaces at conferences including the Game Developers Conference and the Queer Games Conference. She's served as Vice Chair of the International Game Developers Association and is currently on the Committee for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America. She's on the editorial board of the Well-Played Journal from ETC Press, Carnegie Mellon University. A graduate of the Clarion Science Fiction and Fantasy writing workshop, she writes about robots and magic-wielding rebels.
